Football Spectator Policy

Failure to comply with spectator/tailgating polices are grounds for removal from the facility and the Kentucky Wesleyan College Campus. Kentucky Wesleyan College reserves the right to make changes to any and all spectator/tailgating policies with or without notice.

TICKETS
  • Anyone entering the facility will need either a game ticket or a working credential.
  • Facility is limited to 5,000 spectators.
    • DOES NOT include participants, officials, coaches, athletic trainers, administrators, media and event staff.
    • DOES Include anyone on the complimentary ticket list.
  • All ELIGIBLE football and cheerleading student athletes will receive up to four (4) complimentary tickets per game.
    • Tickets must be reserved through the student-athletes ARMS software account.
    • Tickets must be reserved no later than 5:00pm on the Wednesday prior to that weeks game.
  • Kentucky Wesleyan Students will receive a single (1) complimentary ticket.
    • Tickets must be reserved on the Kentucky Wesleyan Athletics website (HERE).
    • A valid KWC Student ID will need to be presented with ticket at the gate.
  • Kentucky Wesleyan Faculty and Staff members will receive up to two (2) complimentary tickets.
    • Tickets must be reserved on the Kentucky Wesleyan Athletics website (HERE).
    • A valid KWC Faculty/Staff ID will need to be presented with ticket at the gate.
  • All other spectators may purchase a ticket online (HERE).
    • Season tickets may be purchased for $70 starting Tuesday, March 8th, at 12:00pm.
      • Provides access to all five (5) regular season home games
      • Reserved chairback only
    • Single game tickets may be purchased for $12 ($15 on Oct.1st for homecoming) starting Monday, August 15th, at 9:00am.
      • Reserved chairback and general admission
    • All children under the age of 12 are eligible for a complimentary ticket with the purchase of any adult ticket.
    • All tickets purchased at the gate (instead of online) will include an additional surcharge. 
  • Gates will open 90 prior to scheduled start time.
  • Credentialed personnel may enter through any entrance.
  • All other spectators must enter through either the main entrance, or the entrance located on College Drive.
  • Pets are not permitted inside Steele Stadium. Service animals as defined by the American Disabilities Act are permitted inside the stadium.
  • Outside food and drink is not allowed inside Steele Stadium.
  • Concessions will be available inside the facility.
SKYBOX ACCESS
  • A limited number of skyboxes will be sold.
  • The price of a skybox is $300 per game.
  • Skybox access includes 10 tickets. 
  • Outside food and drink is allowed inside the skybox however all food/drink must be brought in prior to gates opening. This will be arranged with Kentucky Wesleyan Event Staff after purchasing tickets.
