Men's and Women's Track & Field Spectator Policy

Failure to comply with spectator/tailgating polices are grounds for removal from the facility and the Kentucky Wesleyan College Campus. Kentucky Wesleyan College reserves the right to make changes to any and all spectator/tailgating policies with or without notice.

TICKETS
  • Anyone entering the facility will need either a game ticket or a working credential.
  • Facility is limited to 400 spectators.
    • DOES NOT include participants, officials, coaches, athletic trainers, administrators, media and event staff.
    • DOES Include anyone on the complimentary ticket list.
  • All ELIGIBLE track & field student athletes will receive up to four (4) complimentary tickets.
    • Tickets must be reserved on the Kentucky Wesleyan Athletics Website (HERE).
    • Tickets must be reserved at least 72 hours prior to the posted start time.
  • Kentucky Wesleyan Students will receive a single (1) complimentary ticket.
    • Tickets will become available 72 hours prior to kick-off and must be reserved on the Kentucky Wesleyan Athletics website (HERE).
    • Ticket must be reserved at least 48 hours prior to the posted start time.
    • A valid KWC Student ID will need to be presented with ticket at the gate.
  • Kentucky Wesleyan Faculty and Staff members will receive up to two (2) complimentary tickets.
    • Tickets will become available 72 hours prior to the posted start time and must be reserved on the Kentucky Wesleyan Athletics website (HERE).
    • A valid KWC Faculty/Staff ID will need to be presented with ticket at the gate.
  • All remaining tickets will be put on sale for $3.
    • Tickets will become available 48 hours prior to the posted start time and must be purchased on the Kentucky Wesleyan Athletics Website (HERE).
    • Tickets will available online ONLY and will NOT be sold at the gate.
  • Children 12 and under must have a youth ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
  • Gates will open 60 minutes prior to scheduled start time.
  • All available space in the front row of each bleacher section will be reserved for ADA seating only.
  • Pets are not permitted inside the facility. Service animals as defined by the American Disabilities Act are permitted inside the facility.
  • Outside food and drink is not allowed inside facility.
  • Concessions will be available inside the facility.
MASKING/SOCIAL DISTANCING
  • Facemasks are MANDATORY and must be worn at all times. The only exceptions are:
    • When ACTIVELY eating/drinking
    • Student athletes and officials when ACTIVELY participating
  • Individuals exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms should not enter the facility.
  • Individuals considered to be a close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days should not enter the facility.
  • Spectators are expected to leave six (6) feet of distance between them and anyone not in their immediate household to the greatest extent practicable.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available to spectators and the location of hand sanitizer will be communicated to everyone entering the facility.
  • Spectators are prohibited from congregating with participants within the facility. This includes before, during and after the event.
