  • April 5, 2019- 4:18.82 at the Kentucky Wesleyan Twilight Invitaional. 
  • May 2-4, 2019- 2:04.61 800 and 16:28.23 at the G-MAC Outdoor Championships. 


2017: 
  • Completed the 8K course at the Fast Cats Invitational in a time of 29.05.
  • Best 5K time of 16:46.4 came at the Arthur J. Sciubba Invitational.
