2011: Recorded a 4K best time – 21:25.00 at Evansville Mid-America Opener...posted a 5K best – 23:28.71 at the Owensboro Fast Cats Classic...ran a 6K best – 29:09.60 at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship...finished 25h at the 5K Centre Invitational with a 24:27.73.
2010: Sat out season as a medical redshirt.
2009: Produced a 4K best time - 19:45.3 at the Southern Indiana Stegemoller Classic...recorded a 5K best time and season finish with a 25:50.84 for fifth at the Georgetown Invitational...ran 29:16.73 at the 5K Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship.
High School: Ran cross country and track at Apollo High School…coached by Holly Johnson…qualified for the state championships four consecutive years…finished fifth at 4x100 relay, sixth in 4x100 relay and fifth in the high jump…also played soccer…member of cheerleading squad.
Personal: Born December 21, 1990…daughter of David and Lisa McCarthy...biology major.
