2011: KWC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for volleyball...Academic All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honoree...earned the Great Lakes Valley Conference Council of President’s Academic Excellence Award...received Stan Gallup Champion of Character Award...played in 21 matches with two starts...saw action in 42 sets...had 34 kills...had four assists, three aces and three digs...totaled 13 blocks with four solos.

2010: Oak and Ivy honoree...Academic All-Great Lakes Valley Conference performer...played in 66 sets and 26 matches...fifth in kills with 60...had seven assists, two service aces and seven digs...collected 20 blocks with two solos.

2009: Academic All-Great Lakes Valley Conference selection...fourth in kills with 90...produced 38 aces...recorded 31 total blocks including four solos...had 52 digs and seven assists...played in 102 sets...started 30 of 32 matches played.

2008: Academic All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honoree…second in total blocks with 52 and solo blocks with 16…fourth in kills with 146…had seven assists…produced 19 service aces…had 67 digs…started all 36 matches…participated in 123 sets.

High School: Four-year starter at middle blocker from Bloomington North...led the Cougars to two conference titles in 2004 and 2006, two sectional championships in 2004 and 2005, and the regional semifinals in 2005...named team captain in 2007...earned the Scholar-Athlete Award for three years...received the JP Morgan Chase Bank and KWC Presidential Scholarships...graduated summa cum laude...members of the National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society and High Honor Roll.

Club: Played three seasons for Hoosierland Volleyball Club (Bloomington) and her senior year for Circle City Volleyball Club (Indianapolis).

Personal: Born July 22, 1989…daughter of Gary and Cindy Chrzastowski of Bloomington, Ind...psychology major.
