2010: Recorded a 6K best time – 20:19.66 at Evansville Mid-America Opener...posted a 8K best – 28:20.70 at the 8K Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship... ran a 36:38.01 at the 8K NCAA Midwest Regional.

2009: Recorded a ninth place finish at the 8k Georgetown Invitational with a 28:59.27...had a 6K best time – 20:25.2 at the Southern Indiana Stegemoller Classic...posted a 8K best time – 27:39.00 at the Great Louisville Classic...ran 28:10.11 at the 8K Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship.

2008: Posted a 6K best time – 20:55.75 at Southern Indiana’s Mid-American Opener…finished 28th in the Western Kentucky Old Timers Classic with a five mile best – 29:07.40…produced a 8K best time – 27:28.29 and a 22nd finish at the Evansville Invitational.

2007: Finished 10th in Campbellsville’s Tom McDowell Invitational with a five mile best – 18:02.70…posted a 5K best – 28:55.32 at Western Kentucky’s Old Timers Classic…produced a top 8K time – 29:35.01 at the Evansville Invitational.  

High School: Graduate of Eastern High School…coached by David Letendere…best 5,000 time was 17:45…also ran track and a member of the swimming…member of Beta Club.
