INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Kentucky Wesleyan women's basketball program had three student-athletes recognized with 2025-26 Great Midwest All-Conference honors on Friday.
Sophomore Emma Bruwer and senior Riley Neal were each named to the second team, and sophomore Lena Stinebrickner received the Elite 26 award.
Bruwer averaged a team-high 12.9 points and 3.9 rebounds this season while adding a team-high 75 free throws made. She scored 15+ points in 10 games and 20+ points in five games.
The Lowell, Michigan, native scored a career-high 33 points in the Panthers' season finale victory over Thomas More, the most in a single game for a KWC women's basketball student-athlete in at least 15 years.
She finished the year inside the top 15 in the G-MAC in points per game and inside the top five in free throw percentage.
Neal averaged 12.1 points and a team-high 5.0 rebounds in her second and final season as a Panther. She tallied 15+ points in eight games and 20+ points in four games, including back-to-back outings with 23 and 25 points, respectively, back in December.
The Prospect, Kentucky, native slotted inside the top 20 in the conference in points per game and inside the top 25 in rebounds per game.
Stinebrickner received the Elite 26 award for holding the highest cumulative GPA among the programs that qualified for the conference championship tournament. For more on this award, click here.
The Ontario, Canada, native is an elementary education major and currently holds a perfect 4.0 GPA.
