HILLSDALE, MI - The Hillsdale Chargers showed why they are the #22 ranked team in the country on Friday night, taking down the visiting Panthers in three sets (25-20, 25-17, 25-18).
With the win Hillsdale moves to 12-2 (5-0 G-MAC), while the Panthers fall to 2-11 (0-4 G-MAC).
Wesleyan was competitive in each set, but the Chargers used their experience to pull away in the end.
Ava Rebarchik led Wesleyan with nine kills, while
Karrah Cron led in both assists (19) and digs (11).
Hallie McGuire and
Mariah Jones were strong at the net, recording three blocks each.Â
Kentucky Wesleyan will head to Findlay, Ohio tomorrow to take on the Oilers at 1 p.m. CT.Â
