OWENSBORO, KY. – The Kentucky Wesleyan College women's tennis team dropped a 5-0 decision to Tiffin University on Saturday. The Panthers, running shorthanded, matched-up against one of the top teams in the Great Midwest Conference at Centre Court
The Dragons won the doubles points as
Lesleigh Lowman and
Ashton Frantz fell in the number one match 6-1. Lowan suffered a similar fate in the number one singles match 6-0. Frantz fell at number two singles 6-1, 6-1.
Allie Mitchell dropped the opening set at number four singles 6-2 before Shea Foster won the second set to close out the match.
Camron Blandford lost to Jessica Peace at number three singles.
The Panthers will continue Great Midwest play on Friday against Cedarville. The match is scheduled for 2 PM.
