CEDARVILLE, OH - The Kentucky Wesleyan Volleyball team dropped a 3-1 (25-27, 25-19, 25-21, 25-18) decision to Cedarville on Friday night.
Cedarville moves to 12-14 (10-6 G-MAC) while Wesleyan falls to 6-21 (2-11 G-MAC).
Wesleyan competed hard, even coming back from a 16-8 defecit to take the opening set, but the veteran Yellow Jacket team was too much for the Panthers to handle.
Olivia Patton led the way with 10 kills, followed closely behind by '
Ava Rebarchik (9) and
Hallie McGuire (8).
Karrah Cron dished out 28 assists while McGuire and
Danielle Nelson each notched 11 digs. Rebarchik and
Mariah Jones each tallied four blocks in the game.
The Panthers will close out their season tomorrow as they take on Ohio Dominican in Columbus. First serve is scheduled for 12 p.m. CT.
