LEBANON, Ill. - The Kentucky Wesleyan College wrestling team dropped its dual to No. 4 McKendree University on Wednesday evening. The Bearcats flexed their muscle towards a 53-0 victory. 

Kairus Washington ended the evening with a narrow 3-2 loss at heavyweight. Vincenzo Scaletta took-down Washington in the first period and fought off his attacks through the next two to hang on to victory. 

Andrew Parker suffer a 16-4 loss at 133 pounds to Charles McNeal. McKendree picked up pins at 125 an 141 pounds and two technical falls at 149 and 165. 

The Panthers will travel to Indianapolis on Saturday for the Greyhound Open. Competition is scheduled to begin at 8 AM CT.
