OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Kentucky Wesleyan College men's and women's basketball programs will welcome back former players and coaches for Panther Basketball Alumni Day on Saturday, Feb. 3.  This special alumni event will celebrate over 600 basketball alumni for their contributions to their respective programs.  The current Panthers will take on Great Midwest Athletic Conference newcomer Ohio Dominican University with the women tipping off at 1 pm, followed by the men at 3:15 pm.
 
Special celebrations for the 50^th Anniversary of the 1968 NCAA National Champion men's basketball team and the Five Year Reunion of the 2013 NCAA Tournament women's basketball team will take place during halftime of their respective games.
 
Basketball alumni and guests will enjoy complimentary tickets to the games as well as food and beverages in the hospitality area throughout the afternoon at the Sportscenter.  A post-game reception will take place at the newly opened Bar Louie in downtown Owensboro from 5:30-7:00 pm.
