Kentucky Wesleyan will finish up the 2015-2016 season on the road in West Virginia against G-MAC opponents Ohio Valley and Salem International. The Panthers are currently riding an eight game winning streak. The Panthers also finish the regular season with an undefeated home record of 17-0. Kentucky Wesleyan also jumped in the coaches poll to no. 10, and were just rated ninth in the new Midwest Region rankings today.

C.J. Blackwell was recently named G-MAC Athlete Of The Week for the third time this season. Blackwell averaged 18 points per game in last week's contests, and shot over 60% from the floor.

Four Panthers are still averaging double figures this season. Ken-Jah Bosley leads the way with 16.7 ppg, followed by Jordan Jacks at 13.6 ppg, while C.J Blackwell and Devin Langford are scoring 13.5 and 13.3 respectively. Blackwell has connected on 61 three pointers this season. Jordan Jacks leads KWC in rebounding with 8.7 each game. Marcus Fillyaw and Tamron Manning are both scoring seven points each game, and are dishing out 3.5 and 2.5 assists per game. KWC also as a team averages 85 points per game, and is holding opponents to 66 points. Kentucky Wesleyan is also shooting 40% from three point land this season. The Panthers are also out-rebounding the opposition each game by an average margin of 38-31.

Kentucky Wesleyan is just 5-3 in road games this season. Their last road loss came at the hands of Trevecca back in January.

Ohio Valley is (7-17, 3-7 G-MAC) and is currently in sixth place in the G-MAC standings. The Fighting Scots are coming off of a 106-72 victory over Kentucky Christian. OVU only lost to Alderson Broaddus 90-82 at home as well.

Darryl Walker is scoring nearly 20 points each game for Ohio Valley. His season average currently sits at 19.9 points per game. Walker also leads the team in rebounds with six per game. He also is averaging over three assists. David Sinickas is also scoring in double figures for Ohio Valley with 10.9 ppg.

As a team, OVU is only scoring 77 points each game, and are giving up 84 to opponents. The Fighting Scots also average 16 turnovers each contest.

Salem International is (4-20, 1-9 G-MAC) and has been eliminated from post-season contention. The Tigers lone conference win was against Davis & Elkins back in early February. The Tigers have lost four straight contests.

The Tigers are led by Gerard Tarin in scoring, who averages 14.6 points per game. Salem International is scoring 76 points per game as a team. Salem shoots 43% from the floor on average.
