Kentucky Wesleyan lost their first exhibition game of the 2016 season at Cincinnati, 79-50 on Thursday evening at Fifth Third Bank Arena.
Two Panthers scored in double figures on the evening. Jennifer Walker-Crawford recorded 10 points on 3-8 shooting, while Shayla Wright also tallied 10 points on 3-9 shooting.
Erin Dorn led the Panthers with four rebounds and two steals. Bria Wright finished with a team-high three assists.
Kentucky Wesleyan shot 33 percent from the floor, but connected on 12-18 free throws throughout the game.
Kentucky Wesleyan will play another exhibition contest on Monday evening at Austin Peay. The Panthers played the Governors in exhibition play last year.
