Wide receiver Keelan Cole was named Great Midwest Athletic Conference Offensive Player Of The Week on Monday. It is now the fourth time this season that Cole has collected the weekly accolade.
Ashland is nationally rated at No. 11 this season. The Eagles are 6-1 this season, and have won the past two consecutive games. Ashland recently defeated Lake Erie 63-6 last weekend.
The Eagles' offense averages over 42 points per game, and their defense is holding down opponents to just 15.3 points each game. AU also produces over 500 yards of total offense every game. Ashland uses a balanced attack, with an average of over 200 rushing yards on the ground, and over 300 passing yards per game.
