Matt Pobereyko dueled with Michael Purcell as Kentucky Wesleyan faced Trevecca today, trying to avoid elimination from the G-MAC Tournament.
Trevecca was able to get to Pobereyko twice in the sixth and once in the eighth, and the Trojans ended the Panthers' season by a score of 3-0.Â
Josh Galvan ended the season with two hits in the game and Kentucky Wesleyan was only able to muster six against Purcell.
The Panthers finish the season 32-18, two wins shy of the all-time record and scoring 398 runs, five shy of the all-time record.
