Kentucky Wesleyan will play two home matches on Wednesday and Friday at Jones Gymnasium.
The Panthers are coming off a win over Lake Erie at the Mizuno Midwest Regional Crossover Tournament in Aurora, Ill., where they won two out of three matches.
"We played very good volleyball overall. I am quite pleased," said head coach
Eric Hagan about his team's performance.
Hagan commented on G-MAC Player of the Week
Nikki Jenkins, "Nikki is playing the best volleyball of her life. She has been motivated in practice, and she is leading this team. I cannot say enough positive things about her. Nikki may be one of the best volleyball players that I have ever coached."
The first match will be against Kentucky State at 6 p.m. CT.
"We are very excited to be playing at home," Hagan added. "It feels good to play two straight in our gym for the week. Kentucky State is playing really well. We're putting the scouting report together, and I feel good about the match on Wednesday and on Friday."
Friday's match against Brescia at 7 p.m., has been designated to appreciate the service of the men and women of our Military.
