Kyli Smithson hit a game-winning two-run double in the seventh to lift Kentucky Wesleyan to a 3-1 victory over host Trevecca Nazarene in Nashville on Thursday evening.
The Trojans scored their lone run in the third.

Mackenzie Weedman and Amber Pendegraft to grabbed the lead at 4-2.
The Trojans responded with four in the fourth to overtake the lead.
Weedman started the fifth with a triple followed by Crooke's sacrifice fly to bring her home to reduce the margin to 6-5.
Josalyn Ress started by throwing four innings. Winstead finished the final three innings to pick-up the win with four strikeouts and allowing one hit.
KWC (10-18) host No. 1 Indianapolis in a Great Lakes Valley Conference doubleheader on Saturday at noon.
