Box Score 2 Kentucky Wesleyan fell to visiting Southern Indiana by one run twice in their Great Lakes Valley Conference contests at Foster Field on Tuesday afternoon.
In the first game, the Panthers scored on a RBI single by Kaci Overgoenner bringing Amber Pengraft home in the bottom of the first.
The Screaming Eagles came back with two in the second along with one in the third and fourth frames for the 4-1 advantage.

Kelsey Miller stole home and
Mackenzie Weedman knocked in Pendergraft on a single to right field for the KWC's final two runs.
Ashlee Winstead received the loss in pitching seven innings with two strikeouts and seven hits.
In the nightcap, USI scored seven runs including five unearned in the top of the third before the Panthers responded in the bottom half of the inning.
Weedman singled up the middle to score
Emily Woodward for the first run. Miller for the second time stole home for the second. Weedman scored the third run on a throwing error to close the gap to 7-3.
Kyli Smithson hit her first solo home run of the season in the fourth to tighten the margin at 7-4.
Ashley Crooke knocked in Weedman with a double down the right field line in the fifth.
Pendergraft hit a double to center field to score Miller in the bottom of the seventh to end the outing 7-6.
Josalyn Ress threw a complete game in the loss with one strikeout, nine hits and two earn runs.
KWC (8-18, 6-11 GLVC) travels to Nashville on Wednesday for a non-conference matchup to play Trevecca Nazarene in a doubleheader at 4 p.m.
