Kentucky Wesleyan lost to No. 6 Rockhurst, 4-1, in Great Lakes Valley Conference soccer action on Friday afternoon at Panther Field.

The Hawks opened the contest with a 1-0 halftime lead and one more before in the second period before the Panthers answered. Katlyn Duke scored on an assist from Chelsee Breakfield at the 74th minute mark.

Panther goalie Kathryn Dishion collected a season-high 13 saves. Rockhurst recorded 27 shots to 14.

KWC (0-9-1, 0-8-1 GLVC) hosts William Jewell on Sunday at 2:30.
