Kentucky Wesleyan split a pair of matches at the Glenville (W. Va.) State College Invitational.

The Panthers defeated host Glenville State 25-13, 25-19, 25-21 in their opener, before Ohio Dominican upended KWC 26-28, 25-21, 25-21, 25-19 in the nightcap.

Bridget Johnson had 12 kills and three aces to lead the KWC attack, which also featured Chelsee Brothers (11 kills), Jordan Rickert (59 assists) and Morgan Watson (22 digs).

Kentucky Wesleyan (2-2) 0also split a pair of matches on Friday night at Glenville State.

The Panthers were beaten by West Virginia State 21-25, 16-25, 25-15, 25-15, 16-14, but bounced back to defeat Seton Hill 27-25, 21-25, 19-25, 25-23, 15-10.

Statistical leaders for KWC were Brothers (24 kills, 10 blocks), Watson (25 digs) and Rickert (85 assists).
