The Kentucky Wesleyan College baseball team swept a twin bill with Bellarmine on Sunday at Panther Park on Sunday afternoon.

The Panthers notched 5-2 and 22-6 wins.

In the opener, hurler Shane Waldrop went the distance for KWC. He scattered four hits.

The Panthers made the most of five hits. Jon Wandling had two runs batted in.

KWC (9-12 overall, 3-9 Great Lakes Valley Conference) erupted at the plate in the nightcap, banging out 21 hits (the second most in KWC history and the second most runs in history).

The Panthers' Jordan White led the hit parade, going 4-for-4 with a home run and double. He drove in six runs and scored four runs.

Davey Murphy went 2-for-4 with five RBIs and two runs scored. Ray Delvalle went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored, and Wandling had three RBIs.

Logan Neal worked 41/3 innings to earn the win.
