Lauren Goffinet added seven.
Deanna Crumpton scored 14 points to pace a balanced attack for Wayne State, which got 13 points and six rebounds from Phaebre Colbert.
The Panthers were limited to 5-of-22 shooting from behind the three-point arc (22 percent).
Wayne State (4-0) shot 52 percent from the floor (31-60) and made 3-of-5 shots from three-point range.
KWC made 21-of-71 shots on the day.
