Kentucky Wesleyan College bolted to a 40-22 lead by halftime and never looked back in a 67-40 victory over Rockhurst on Thursday night at the Sportscenter.

Kourtney Rhoads scored 16 points to lead the Panthers (8-5, 2-4 Great Lakes Valley Conference), while Amanda Harnist added 12 points.

No one for Rockhurst (4-11, 0-7) scored in double figures.

KWC connected on 20-of-56 from the field, including 7-of-22 on 3-pointers. Rhoads was 3-of-5 on 3s.

The Panthers hit 20-of-24 free throws and outrebounded the Hawks 42-32.

Rhoads sank all four of her free throws, and Harnist was 8-for-8.
