Kentucky Wesleyan pushed across single runs in the fifth and sixth innings on the way to a 3-2 six-inning victory over Ouachita Baptist in a game shortened by foul weather Sunday in Arkadelphia, Ark.

Luke Garmon and Logan Neal had RBIs for the Panthers (1-3), with the pitching victory going to Brandon Robinette, who allowed five hits and two runs in 5 1/3 innings.

Mike Witten had two of Wesleyan's six hits.

Earlier in the day, Central Missouri broke open a scoreless game by scoring eight runs in the top of the eighth inning of a 10-1 victory over the Panthers.

Bret Schwartz clubbed a three-run homer to pace Central Missouri (2-0).

Wesleyan was limited to five hits, and Neel had the Panthers' only run batted in.
