Hot-shooting Drury tops Wesleyan, 81-60

Lindsay Bailweg drained five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 23 points to drive Drury past visiting Kentucky Wesleyan 81-60 in a Great Lakes Valley Conference women's game on Thursday night in Springfield, Mo.

Drury (12-3, 4-0 GLVC) shot 58 percent from the field and burned KWC with 10-of-17 accuracy from 3-point range (59 percent).

Wesleyan (8-5, 1-3), which trailed 39-31 at intermission, was victimized by 29 floor errors.

Katie Pritchard produced 11 points and seven assists for Drury, which also got 10 points and eight rebounds Caitlin Shouse.

Lauren Goffinet's 14 points led KWC, which got 10 points from Jennifer Cornelli. Amanda Harnist led Wesleyan in rebounding with six.

KWC returns to action at 1 p.m. Saturday at Missouri S&T.
