Kentucky Wesleyan College put four players in double figures but couldn't pull off the win in a women's basketball game on Saturday at Quincy.

Quincy got 21 points from Courtney Shuman on the way to a 90-77 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory. Shuman made 7-of-10 shots from the floor and 7-of-8 free throws.

Amanda Harnist scored 18 points to lead KWC. The Panthers also got 14 points from Lauren Goffinet, 12 from Jennifer Coronelli and 10 from Katie Behrens.

Whintae Irby scored 19 points and had seven assists for Quincy. Irby made 8-of-10 from the field as Quincy hit 34-of-67 for 51 percent. The Hawks (15-5, 6-5 GLVC) also made 17-of-21 free throws.

KWC made 30-of-60 from the floor for 50 percent. The Panthers (10-11, 3-9) also hit 9-of-16 on 3s for 56 percent. KWC host Maryville at the Sportscenter on Thursday at 5:15.
