Morgan Watson led Kentucky Wesleyan's defensive effort with 12 digs in their 3-0 loss (25-11, 25-12, 25-18) to conference rival Southern Indiana (9-8, 3-2) at Jones Gymnasium on Tuesday.

Ashley Hasting had three kills, four assists, two service aces and six digs. MaryBeth Ryan also had three kills plus two block assists. Rebecca Grayson added three assists, two service aces and four digs.

The Panthers (0-13, 0-5) travel to St. Louis to play new GLVC member Maryville on Friday and then Bethel in McKenzie, Tenn. Saturday afternoon.
