Kentucky Wesleyan College had a lead, but couldn't do enough to put away Urbana in the Panthers' homecoming football game Saturday at Steele Stadium.
Urbana claimed a 24-16 win after scoring 14 fourth-quarter points in front of 1,200 fans.
KWC (1-5) took a 16-10 lead on Thomas Gordon's 7-yard run with 4:59 left in the third quarter. That was about the last bright spot for the Panthers.
Urbana took possession on its first scoring drive of the final period at the KWC 20 after punter Sean Maguire was thrown for a 17-yard loss.

The Panthers went ahead 7-3 on Lalonde's 75-yard pass play to DaMarcus Ganaway with 9:04 left in the first half.
Matt Hausheer put Urbana up 3-0 with a 36-yard field goal.
Urbana (3-3) took a 10-7 lead on a 1-yard toss from Evan Gehlert to Matt Nowak.
Richard Fangman got KWC a 10-10 tie on a 29-yard field goal as the clock expired to end the first half.
Lalonde hit 23-of-36 passes for 153 yards with two interceptions. Ganaway had nine catches for 128 yards.
KWC was outgained 327-199 in total offense.
The Panthers finish a three-game homestand with a visit from Grand View next Saturday.
