Parmer scored in double figures 33 of 35 games, recorded eight double-doubles (points-assists) and produced back-to-back triple-doubles as a senior.
He is the second Panther in KWC history to be selected in the NBADL Draft. Albert Richardson, a 6-9 center, was drafted in the seventh round by the Huntsville Flight in 2003.
Parmer has played professionally in the Continental Basketball Association (Sioux Falls Skyforce, Yakima Sun Kings and Rockford Lighting), NBA Summer Leagues and Mini Camps (Bulls, Warriors, Heat and Timberwolves) and overseas in France, Israel. Poland, Estonia, Venezuela and Qatar.
The 14ers finished the 2007-08 season with a 29-21 record, finishing second in the Southwest Division. The 14ers were defeated by the Los Angeles D-Fenders in the first round of the NBADL Playoffs.
