Keelan Cole hauled in eight catches for a single-game school-record 278 yards and five touchdowns as Kentucky Wesleyan claimed a 49-22 victory over Louisiana College on Saturday at Steele Stadium.
Cole's touchdowns came on receptions of 18, 20, 40, 68 and 79 yards.
The Panthers (2-4) outgained Louisiana College 563-391 in total offensive yardage, as quarterback Dalton Oliver completed 22-of-32 pass attempts for a career-high 423 yards with six touchdowns and one interception.
KWC wideout Xavier Mitchell also caught eight passes for 99 yards and a score, while David White ran for 70 yards on four carries and Darius Chandler added 69 yards and a TD on eight rushing attempts.
The Wildcats (2-5), who trailed 28-13 at halftime, were led by D'Ondre Joseph, who rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown.
