Football signs four student-athletes on first day of National Signing

Kentucky Wesleyan College head football coach Brent Holsclaw announced four student-athletes from the high school and junior college ranks signed with the Panthers on the first day of the national signing day for football.
“This is a great group to start the early signing period," said Holsclaw. “I am very excited about these newcomers as we have addressed some needs at the skill positions and on the offensive and defensive fronts. We expect to announce more very soon.
The four signees hale from a Kentucky high school Andrew Toebbe and two Mississippi junior colleges Jeremy Dillion, Quadarius Wallace and Stephon Johnson.
Toebbe, a 6-4, 275-pound offensive lineman from Seneca High School in Louisville.
+First team all-district performer and Jefferson County East-West All-Star game starter.
+Started every game in four seasons on the varsity squad.
Dillion, a 6-0, 240-pound defensive end, from East Central Mississippi Community College.
+Recorded 49 total tackles including 36 solos in nine starts as a sophomore.
+Hometown Hattiesburg, Miss., played at Forest County Agricultural High School
Wallace, a 5-10, 185-pound outside linebacker, from East Central Mississippi Community College.
+Collected 65 total tackles with 45 solos in nine starts as a sophomore.
+Hometown Union, Miss., played at Union High School.
Johnson, a 6-0, 190-pound wide receiver from East Mississippi Community College.
+Second-team all-conference honoree and league's Player of the Week recipient.
+caught 38 passes for 459 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore.
+National Junior College Player of the Week nominee.
+Member of nationally ranked and state JuCo state championship team.
+Hometown Gulfport, Miss., played at Gulfport High School.
Kentucky Wesleyan is a member of the Great Lakes Football Conference and NCAA Division II.
