Kristen Rowe produced a double-double with 14 points and a career-high 13 rebounds to lead Kentucky Wesleyan College to a 69-47 win over Lambuth in a women's basketball game Saturday night in Jackson, Tenn.

Rowe helped pace a KWC effort on the glass that saw it outrebound Lambuth, 56-27.

Katie Behrens scored 12 points for the Panthers, who were playing their season opener.

The Panthers shot 41 percent from the field (27-of-65). They held Lambuth to 27 percent from the floor (16-of-56).
Kentucky Wesleyan hosts Wayne State on Sunday at the Sportscenter at 2 p.m.
